We need to do more to get the word out. See discussion below.

Jerry-Education
We're going to discount the woman who took the GB class as the instructor was sub-par. We still have 3 of the texts available if someone wants them at our cost. $65.
T'Chris updating website to require RSVPing by 1/10 for the 1/17 class. As of now, no sign ups.
Instructors need to provide a Bio immediately upon agreeing to be instructors.

Open Discussion
What are we doing to Value Add for our members in ASQ? (we're getting a 1% training rate and a 10% dinner meeting attendance-- what do they feel would be value added? Can we reach out to CTU, DeVry, etc?) Les, T'Chris, and Jerry to head a committee. Do we need to call everyone to remind them? Or to survey? Calls may anger people if we call again. A mass mailing in the next newsletter? Newsletter needs to come out two weeks before a meeting. T'Chris to look into Student Chapter for ASQ at the various Colleges.

Library website being updated. T'Chris is also looking at the BBB website to point it to us.

T'Chris to research getting a conference phone-we need to look for a non-toll so we don't charge Jerry's phone service.

We'll postpone the QMP discussion til next episode when we have more people.

Next episode first Saturday in February. Helen to call core leaders to find out why they don't come to meetings. We're looking at next year's leadership team already. T'Chris will run for Chair, Sandra will run for Vice. Helen will check others. If you want to run, please nominate by April 1, 2009.

Happy Holidays!
